The Stanthorpe Agricultural Society is pleased to be able to provide a suitable venue for a variety of types of events from the small casual family celebration up to large formal events including the

2009 Regional Fire & Rescue Trials - A chance for personnel to test themselves in competitive events.

2010 Qld Cuboree - which attracted hundreds of Cub Scouts, leaders and a contingent of family support members.

The Exhibition Centre

A tall, single span spacious 1500 square metre building.  Ideal for displaying everything up to and including semi-trailers, out of the elements, with plenty of room to drive vehicles around inside the building, or for gatherings and conventions, with excellent lighting for evening events, and tiered seating available.

The Sheep &  Wool Pavilion

A great venue for that unique 'Woolshed Experience'. An ideal setting for cabarets and dances.

The Wine Pavilion

A cabaret atmosphere with BBQ facilities, cold room and bar. Party into the wee small hours sampling some of our renowned local wines. The Society can run the function for you or you can 'do it all yourself'.

Camping facilities

For large functions special low rates for camping are charged for the duration of the function. Powered sites are available for caravans etc.

 

The Show Ring is available for Grand Parades and concours d'elegance at no charge, if other premises are rented.

The Bar and Beer Garden can be provided for the sale of beverages if needed, including soft drinks and tea and coffee.

The amenities blocks are easily accessible from all facilities.
