We need you!

If you would like to volunteer at the Stanthorpe Show Campdraft then we need you!

There are many jobs that happen behind the scenes prior to, and on the big day, that we could use your help with.

Prior to the main campdraft day,and also prior to our campdraft training and team penning days, we have working bees where if you are handy with a whipper snipper, shovel, hammer and nails, etc, we could use you. The next working bee will be at the showgrounds on Saturday March 26 starting at 8am.

Jobs we need help with on the campdraft days include: 

• Managing the cattle in the backyards
• Manning the cut out yard gate
• Manning the arena exit gate
• Time keeping
• Assisting the announcers
• Assisting in the office
• On ground contact for the caterers
• Assisting with coordinating logistics (amenities, rubbish bins, caretaker's contact, clean up)
• Photography and publicity
• Picking up and dropping off things in town or in Warwick
