HORSE HEALTH - IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!

Is it the horse owner's and rider's responsibilty to ensure that your horse is not suffering from any injury or illness prior to entering in a horse related event. Committees also have responsibilties which include asking for additional details on entry forms, and preparing and implementing a risk mitigation plan. Committees seek your coorporation and understanding when implementing these systems.
