Gambling Community Benefit Fund
The Granite Belt Wildlife Carers acknowledge a grant of $12,634 proudly funded in 2008 by the Queensland Government's Gambling Community Benefit Fund administered by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. This grant allowed us to purchase non-consumable items for:
- rescue activities,
- caring activities and
- publicity activities.
Volunteer Grants Program

The Granite Belt Wildlife Carers acknowledge a grant of $3,025 proudly funded in 2008 by the Commonwealth Government's Volunteer Grants Program administered by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. This grant allowed us to purchase a marquee for community and public events.
Queensland Country Credit Union

The Granite Belt Wildlife Carers acknowlege a grant of $1,200.00 proudly funded in 2011 by the Queensland Country Credit Union Community Grants Scheme. This grant allowed us to purchase snake handling equipment and reference material. This enabled our trained members to provide a snake rescue and relocation service to members of the Stanthorpe community.
